The video starts with the lyrics, we are different its's brilliant. The main footage was of sight view during a train ride in a rural city in Germany, featuring two stops which are the mirror of the same stop.
memories rush in and the view is divided into half, the viewer (first person) and the memory of the viewer, which is portrayed as a black and white movie excerpts.
The video starts at 00:29 seconds, the lyrics we are different echos the deep concept of a
long lost memory between two people, at minute 1:38 the girl is seen standing waiting for a promise wearing a heavy black jacket and then being asked by a by passer (officer) as she confidently answers him denying the fact that the one she awaits is being chased for doing a felony of some sort, at minute 2:22 they run away together, the mirror effect in this experimental video symbolizes the two versions of the same memory for both side of the story contradicting the true meaning of being different, is by them being as one, once upon a memory.
